⚡ Immediate Actions (Do This First)
1. Call Your Bank
If you made a bank transfer (FPS) or card payment, call your bank's fraud department immediately. Request an urgent transaction recall and mention the Contingent Reimbursement Model (CRM) code if applicable.
2. Secure Accounts
Change your online banking, email, and marketplace passwords instantly. Log out of all active sessions across your devices and enable strong Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
3. Preserve Evidence
Take full screenshots of all chat logs, user profile pages, listing links, telephone numbers, and receipt transactions. Do not delete message history or block the user yet.
